  1. Introduction

      Veil.ink is an online platform owned and operated by Veilink Int’l. Ltd., which also operates AstreaSpirit, a brand providing online divination services. AstreaSpirit is led by the Chairperson of Veilink Int’l. Ltd., who oversees both brands. Veil.ink’s primary language of operation is English, but we offer multi-language support to serve our global user base. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We encourage you to read these terms thoroughly to understand your rights and obligations as a user of Veil.ink.

  2. Membership and Account Registration

      Veil.ink offers different membership levels, each providing varying access to our courses and content. Membership levels may include Basic, Premium, and Master Memberships, each tailored to different depths of engagement with our training materials. To use certain parts of our services, you need to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorized use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Veil.ink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

  3. Course Access and Copyright Protection

      All content provided on Veil.ink, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, downloadable resources, and other educational materials, is the intellectual property of Veilink Int’l. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Our content is designed exclusively for personal use, and sharing, reselling, or repurposing our material is not allowed. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will pursue legal action when necessary to protect our intellectual property rights. By using our platform, you agree to respect these rights and refrain from actions that could harm the intellectual property of Veilink Int’l. Ltd.
      We may use digital rights management (DRM) technologies to protect our content, and users must not attempt to bypass, remove, or disable any content protection mechanism in place.

  4. Payment and Subscription Plans

      Veil.ink offers a variety of subscription plans to meet different user needs. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription period, including any applicable taxes. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings and ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, and you will be notified of any such changes in advance. If you do not agree to the new fees, you must cancel your subscription before the new rates take effect.
      For users in certain jurisdictions, additional consumer protection rights may apply. Please contact our support team for more details regarding your rights as a consumer in your country.

  5. Refund Policy

      Refunds are available under certain conditions to protect the value of our courses and ensure fairness to our members. New users are eligible for a 7-day refund period if they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. For subscriptions, partial refunds may be granted if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the initial payment. Refund requests after significant course consumption or for fully completed courses will not be approved. We understand that circumstances may change, and as such, we may consider exceptions to our refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
      To request a refund, please contact our support team at a@astreaspirit.com, providing your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your case and provide a response within 7 business days.

  6. User Conduct

      As a member of Veil.ink, you agree to use our platform ethically and responsibly. This includes respecting other users and adhering to community guidelines when participating in discussions or interactive features of the platform. You are prohibited from:
      1. Sharing your login details with non-members.
      2. Using the platform to share, promote, or distribute harmful, offensive, obscene, or unlawful content.
      3. Engaging in activities that could disrupt or negatively impact the platform, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
      4. Reproducing or reselling any course content without permission.
      5. Posting misleading, defamatory, or false information.
      Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to users who fail to comply with these terms. Additionally, Veil.ink may report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities if deemed necessary.

  7. User-Generated Content

      By submitting content to our platform (such as comments, posts, or reviews), you grant Veil.ink a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights. Veil.ink reserves the right to remove or edit user-generated content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

  8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

      Veil.ink provides spiritual and educational content intended for personal growth, exploration, and entertainment. The information shared in our courses should not replace professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Veilink Int’l. Ltd. is not responsible for any actions taken based on course content or for any losses resulting from your reliance on such information. All use of our services is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your participation. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on Veil.ink. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veilink Int’l. Ltd. disclaims all liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of the platform.

  11. Termination of Services

      We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Veil.ink at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in conduct that may harm the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform and its content will cease immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from our services. We also reserve the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, suspicious activity, or misuse of our platform.
      If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

  12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

      These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if no resolution is reached, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the HKSAR. Given our global user base, we acknowledge that certain consumer protection laws in your country may also apply. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. In the event of a dispute, we may also consider arbitration in Hong Kong or a relevant international arbitration body as a means of resolving the matter efficiently and fairly.

  13. Platform Availability and Modifications

      Veil.ink strives to ensure the platform is available at all times, but there may be occasions where maintenance, updates, or other unforeseen circumstances cause temporary disruptions.   14. Force Majeure

      Veilink Int’l. In such cases, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event causing the delay or failure.
